Kingdom Soul Care reserves the right to change its terms, conditions, and notices as they relate to its website and practice.
Payment and Cancelation Policy
Sessions must be paid in full at time of booking.
Payments made are final and no refunds will be awarded.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours prior notice, however, are eligible for credit towards a future booking.
Cancelations made without at least 24 hours prior notice, as well as No-Shows, are not eligible for credit.
All credit awarded must be used within 30 days of the date issued.
Credit towards a new booking must be requested in writing via info@kingdomsoulcare.com prior to that booking for approval.
Modifications to Services and Prices
Kingdom Soul Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.
Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

Kingdom Soul Care is not a licensed counseling center and does not provide clinical or therapeutic services, nor does it diagnose or treat severe mental health conditions. Instead, it operates as a Christian life coaching practice that applies Biblical truth to promote life change through heart transformation. Services are offered as an extension of Biblical discipleship and are grounded in Scripture.
Furthermore, information provided within this website and/or our coaching sessions should not be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice as we are not medical, legal or financial professionals.
